Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the services provided by Meridium Labs Ltd (Company No. 17174112, 1 May Close, Rushden, Northamptonshire NN10 0GF, United Kingdom), including SocialOS ("the Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
SocialOS lets you create, schedule and publish content to social media accounts you connect, including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, and view reports on their performance. Some features use AI to draft content for you to review.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your login secure and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Connected platforms
When you connect a social account you authorise us to act on it within the permissions you grant. You must have the right to manage every account you connect. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own terms, including the TikTok Terms of Service and Meta's Terms. We are not responsible for changes, outages or decisions made by those platforms.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload or publish. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and publish it solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for your content and must not use the Service to publish anything unlawful, infringing, misleading, hateful or otherwise in breach of platform rules. You should review AI-drafted content before publishing.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service, including by attempting to access other users' data, interfering with its operation, sending spam or using it to manipulate platforms (for example fake engagement).
6. Fees
Paid plans and client services are billed as agreed in writing. Unless stated otherwise, fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Availability
We work to keep the Service running reliably but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every scheduled post will publish (for example if a platform rejects it or a connection expires).
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue or data, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
9. Ending use
You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms. On closure we handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
We may update these terms and will post changes here with a new date. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
